The main house offers 3 double bedrooms (two en-suite), a unique open plan living & dining area, kitchen, TV room/playroom and a single bed staff room. The main house offers a variety of outdoor spaces including an atrium, verandas, shaded garden and pool/bar area.

A separate guesthouse is available with 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, WC with shower and kitchenette. A separate en-suite guest bedroom could also be provided.

All of the surrounding outdoor spaces create a unique lifestyle environment, enhanced by the Mediterranean climate and the privacy of the villa. The villa is set in landscaped grounds just 35 metres from the beach, which can be reached via a private path of 50 steps.

The villa was completed in 2014 and has since been available for rental through our Blue Mosaic brand.
