Mosaic Villas is our specialist brand in luxury villas, promoting to the international markets a selected portfolio of villas and real estate investment developments, for private and commercial purposes, in some of the most exciting areas in Greece. With an entrepreneurial approach to the traditional practices of the overseas property market, we carefully select properties that are consistent with the core beliefs of our practice – unique design, unpretentious luxury, inspirational location and seamless coexistence with their surroundings. Engineer & Entrepreneur
Founding Partner
With studies in Aerospace Engineering and in Engineering Business Management, for more than 8 years, Theodore built a successful career in the U.K and the U.S.A. in the aerospace and defense sector, leading and successfully delivering a number of high-profile, multi-million, international collaborative programs. Upon his return to Greece, he spent 2 years as a Special Advisor to the Hellenic Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks, providing insightful advisory services to the ministry’s leadership on policies, strategies and operational matters.
He subsequently set-up an independent management consulting practice, successfully delivering projects, both in Greece and abroad, for public and private organizations, in the areas of corporate strategy, investment analysis, feasibility studies for major infrastructure projects and restructuring for organizations in operationally-intense markets. In parallel, he was a founding member of the Industry Disruptors – Game Changers, a NGO to promote innovative entrepreneurship in Greece and South East Europe.
His latest endeavor, has been his involvement with MOSAIC VENTURES, as a Founding Partner, leading the strategic direction and business development, with the vision of delivering innovation, performance and service excellence in Consulting, Engineering and Project client engagements, exploiting the emerging market environment in Greece across key sectors that offer competitive advantages.
A regular movie-goer, with a passion for skiing, sailing, gardening and wine-making, also involved as a Science & Engineering Ambassador working with primary schools.
Architect
Founding Partner
Having studied in Architecture and Urban Planning in the UK, Dionisis has a rich portfolio of design and construction work experience. Early on, he gained professional experience working as a member of a multi-disciplinary Design team for an international Design & Engineering firm, specializing on airport terminals and other major public infrastructure assets. In 2000, he co-founded SOURIS & ASSOCIATES, an Athens based Design and Construction practice, assuming full involvement in 2002 following the completion of his Master’s studies.
Since 2005, Dionisis led the Architectural and Planning team of the firm, with design works featuring in several Greek forums and editions. Between 2002 and 2014, SOURIS & ASSOCIATES have designed and constructed a series of private, public and development projects, with housing complexes, private villas, office buildings and other commercial buildings forming a diverse portfolio.
In 2014, with Theodore and George, Dionisis co-founded MOSAIC VENTURES, a Consultancy and Engineering practice, with a vision for innovative Design solutions that reflect Greece’s endless opportunities in the Real Estate and Tourism sectors.
With passion in various design forms, he has been involved in several urban local redevelopment projects. A regular traveler, seeking in-depth knowledge of traditional architecture and building typologies, new design proposals and other installations or exhibitions, all over the world.
Engineer & Real Estate Analyst
Founding Partner
George studied Civil Engineering in the UK, focusing on High Strength Concrete and in applications of high performance fibre reinforced cementitious composites for retrofitting purposes.
He started his professional career, being involved in Construction Project Management, gaining significant experience on high-profile housing development schemes, before continuing with his studies pursuing a Master’s degree in the Real Estate Economics and Finance at the London School of Economics.
In 2002, he joined SOURIS & ASSOCIATES, a design, construction and real estate practice, as an Associate, assuming the position of Head Project Manager. He was responsible for managing the construction phase and successfully delivering a series of residential development projects, gaining first-class project management experience and considerable on-site practical knowledge.
Lately, he has been a co-founder at MOSAIC VENTURES, where he is in charge of the analysis section for investment projects in the real estate and tourism sectors.
A keen walker, both for exercise and for “switching-off”, he is occasionally involved in branding and promoting top-end organic Greek produce for the export markets, through his own brand 15º.
